But why is it not necessary to define fatigue for concrete material? Does the concrete material not get fatigue under earthquake load?

dear colleagues

I modeled a concrete bridge column . For the reinforcement of the column, I assigned fatigue materials.
Do I need to define fatigue material for concrete core and concrete cover?

dear colleagues I have used concrete02 material and steel02 material in modeling the columns of a concrete bridge. But after timehistory analysis , degradation in material does not happen . To consider degradation in this material during timehistory analysis , What should be done?? I appreciate your...
