I'm hoping to run a modified version of opensees.exe through aws or azure. There is no parallel version of the executable available to me and it is only compatible with windows. Has anyone had success in setting up a virtual windows machine like this?

Sadly no, and a few others here are having the same issue. Will update if it gets resolved.
