I go with the user ‘hsafti’ here. Even I felt the requirement of such a file to do this. Thank you for the ‘makefile.def’ file. This saved a lot of my time. Thank you! I didn't have to go with creating it from the beginning!

The density of a material is defined in the material model definition rather than in the quad. This is something that you have to remember. You are okay to carry it out if it is specified in the material. Hope this helps!

I took part in this event. I was in Berkeley to submit my thesis. I was doing research in astrophysics after my graduation in the same field from UCLA. The talk on Reliability/Sensitivity in OpenSees by Micheal Scott Made my day! I was really inspired by it!
