Can you remove 'mat' and see if it works?

'section',1,'fiber',Rbl,0.0,3,'stressStrain'

Also, you shouldn't need the quotres or str() around the numbers anymore with the new version of openseespy

Apply an equivalent force couple to the column node. Force "P" and moment "P*e" where e is the eccentricity.

Node 4 is fixed in the direction of your load.

Your load is Z-direction at node 4 but your displacement control is on Y-direction of node 3.

If you start a second analysis after the first (and do not wipe or reset the model), the state of the model will be retained. Yes, they can be analyzed at the same time. Define concurrent pairs of load patterns and time series.

In the RC frame script, GJ is set to 1e100 for the section and the elastic beam!!! Reduce that to something reasonable. Also, use -ele.

You have node 1 as 1 1 1 0 0 0 and node 2 as 0 1 0 0 0 0 - you need to fix torsion at one and and also out of plane translation at node 2 - so for node 1 use 1 1 1 1 0 0 and for node 2 us...

Please try a simply-supported elastic beam with distributed load and see if you can get that to work.
