there is an error in your input that is throwing things off.

you can apply nodal loads, but i think only in 2d and i'm not sure they are converted to mass.

the ghost elements are places where you can put in an element if you click on the ghost element.

i believe the wipeAnalysis only removes the analysis parameters, not the results and status
