Soil modeling

Post by maximemehouas » Thu Apr 24, 2014 7:16 am

Hey!

I try to use the ShallowFoundationGen, I created 2 input files for my 2 different foundations with all the arguments (SoilProp, CapSoil,FootProp,MeshProp) and a master Tcl file with my structure and the ShallowFoundationGen command. But when I run the analysis of my master Tcl file, it returns "invalid command name "SoilProp"".
Do you have any idea, how I can fix it?

Thanks a lot

Maxime

post the ShallowFoundation command .. SoilProp is not an opensees command .. shallowfoundation would seem to open an input file to parse the inputs, SoilProp is something it looks for in that file.
