DispControld PushOver give extreme Values

Hello guys,
I am carrying out PushOver Anl of 2D Frame.
I put the load to be applied as displacement controlling.
In output I see a very big forces and displacements that are not acceptable.

I tried many ways I knew, non worked.

Can you help how to handle this problem?

Note: I used
test NormDispIncr; and
integrator DisplacementControl;

One of the reasons I found is that: I do not know how much the lateral applying load should be, in terms of gravity load or whatever?
I re-do a written scripts about PushOver - load controlled; in that the lateral load is set as 100. I could not find the reason. So, I did the same here but it doesnt work. I mean the lateral load increases at each step to a huge value.
