Which files and folders are useless when compiling the code

Post by TPdct » Sat Dec 24, 2016 8:34 pm

The OpenSees source code downloaded from svn is too large. It contains many folders. Are folders whose names are 'EXAMPLES' and 'WORKSHOP' useful for compiling a normal opensees program? Which other files are useless?

if a unix user you do noyt need Win32 .. you can also remove the WORKSHOP folder. the examples might be useful if you are looking for examples to get started.
