RigidLink Command

I have created a model in OpenSees.In my model,I would like to use rigidLink.But this command didn't work.When I combine two nodes by using RigidLink command,the system does not give a result.But when I assign a linear element instead of RigidLink between two nodes, I get the results.How should I use this RigidLink Command?
