Error when using Arpack of compilied Opensees

Dear Sir,

I have downloaded the head version from SVN. However, when compiling the solution, in ArpackSolver.cpp it shows that "Function definition for 'DSAUPD' not found". And the solution is compiled successfully but cannot use command eigen.

Could you give me some suggestion on how to solve this problem?
