Entering Programme in opensees

I have installed Opensees as said in the getting started manual. I just got a window which is similar to a command prompt. I 'm confused how to proceed with this. Please help me how to proceed from the present condition as I have to do a project on analysis of a steel framed building. Where do I have to enter the programme and from where I can interpret the results(response)? Please please consider this and help me to sort out this problem.
