Does anyone know why I cannot access to some part of the website such as links below ?

How could we access the source code or a least check it as we did in WebSVN?

use svn to get the code:

http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/developer/svn.php

it may need a few attempts, the server is limited on # of connections that can be open at any time
