Hsiao's brace fracture model

Hi dears
I work on chevron braced frames.
I am using Hsiao's model for brace fracture in this article "Seismic Vulnerability of Older Braced Frames".

I want to define the brace fracture the same as fig7.b and c, but this material does not exist in Opensees. How can I define the Hsiao's fracture behavior in my chevron braced frames model?
