Outputs from shell elements

Hello everybody,
When I ask for outputs from element ShellMITC4 by this way:

recorder Element -file Outputs/Plates/eleSp6gp2forces.out -time -ele 337 material 2 forces

I should obtain Vxz, Vyz, Mxx, Myy, Mxy, Nxx, Nyy and Nxy. The point is that I obtain 8 numbers but I don't know the order of them.
Could one of you say me the way of arranging that OpenSees uses?

first 3 are membrane resultants, final 5 are bending
Nxx, Nyy, Nxy, Mxx, Myy, Mxy, Vxz, Vyz

if you had asked for the strains:
11-strain, 22-strain, 12-shear, 11-curvature, 22-curvature, 12-curvature, 13-shear, 23-shear
