How do I check the structural capacity of an element?

I am trying to find through which combination of commands, I check if a particular cross section, has sufficient capacity or not, after the structural analysis.
The structural analysis will determine all the inner forces within a cross section.

This is a very broad question. Could you be more specific on your structure, analysis type, etc? If you are conducting a nonlinear analysis, you can record the moment-curvature response and check if the capacity is reached
