How to get the bond slip of longitudinal reinforcement

Hello.In order to consider the bond slip of longitudinal reinforcement for Pushover analysis,I'm using Bond_SP01 material and zerolength element But I do not know how to get the bottom of the steel slip.I need to record what or what I need to do to calculate?
