Axial Force of Beam and rotation Plot

Post by myasanwai » Mon Sep 11, 2017 7:52 pm

Hi all,

I would like to plot Axial force of beam of frame and rotation of beam.
Which recorders I could use to get axial force and rotation relationship of beam .
I tried to use the Element recorder deformation axial-strain curvature. But I have no idea how to convert axial force-rotation relationship.

I would like to ask your suggestions if you have any idea.

Thanks.

Why do you want to plot the axial force against the rotation? You mean moment vs rotation?

Thanks selimgunay for your response.

I wanna know the axial load applied at the beam and rotation of the beam because of the applied axial load. Not the moment vs rotation.

Do you mean buckling?
