Modelling RC Beam-Colum joint

Hi dear all,

I am modelling a RC frame and I want to model RC beam-column joint using Altoontash and Lowes (2003) model with pinching 4 material.

Could any one help me? I would be very thankful if anyone could send me an example tcl code to see how should I model it.
