FatigueMATERIAL:Material tag 2 failed at pseudo peak

Hi All,
I modeled 4Story steel frame with chevron bracing and I used steel 02 material with fatigue effect and I ran IDA Analysis on my model during my IDA analysis below messages appears:
FatigueMATERIAL:Material tag 2 failed at pseudo peak DOES IT mean that the frame Collapsed? What does it mean?

no it does not mean the building collapsed (it may have formed a mech but only would would know) .. it means what it says "the material failed"
