about Beam-Column-Joint Element.doc

I want to model a beamcolumnjoint, so I refer to the BeamColumnJointExample-corrected. It says "refer to Beam-Column-Joint Element.doc for full explanation of the parameters" in the PR.tcl, but I can't find this document.Does anybody have???

some questions, when use MCFT theory to define the parameters of Pinchin4 materials, why do we use p1,p2,p3,p4 times joint volumn ,someone can explain it? and p1,p2,p3,p4 reprents what? please help me ,thank you very much
