High Cycle Fatigue Analysis

Hi
Can I use Fatigue Material for high cycle fatigue analysis?
If I can, please tell me how?

Fatigue material can only be used for modeling low cycle fatigue.

How can recognize the high cycle fatigue and low cycle fatigue?
