Sensitivity in OpenSees

Post by brag006 » Fri Oct 25, 2013 12:44 pm

From my brief readings on this topic so far it seems the reliability modules underwent significant changes within the last 2 years? I am just wondering what the state is now. I am using OpenSees for my finite element models and it would be useful to complete the sensitivity analysis within OpenSees as well.

Finite element sensitivity analysis, first order reliability method (FORM), and system analysis are in pretty good shape. Monte Carlo analysis can be handled entirely within a Tcl script now. We are working on posting refined examples and documentation.
