is there really no way i can get the response, say stress strain along the plastic hinge length?

hello everyone,
i am trying to model a column using nonlinear elements on the plastic hinge and elastic element on top.
However, i am getting an error during the static analysis... is my model feasible? or can anyone suggest
what can be done?

what i meant by 'not continuous' is that, the layers of jackets are not connected to each other along the length of the column.

i am trying to model a cantilever column covered with layers of precast jacket made of a different material. i was able to create the fiber section for the for the interior column but i cannot include the jacket in it because it is not continuous like the interior column. can you please tell me how ...
